“Every day on a political campaign brings new challenges, uncertainty and risk—and so you have to be adaptable. Being able to operate under constantly changing circumstances where your survival depends on your ability to quickly solve complex problems is an asset to any business or work environment.”

“Some of the best qualities you can have as a member of a team is to be constantly curious, open-minded, and never lose the determination to keep learning. No one has all of the answers.”

“The best piece of advice I would give to someone just starting out is to find a mentor and put effort into building that relationship. I’ve been very fortunate to have a number of mentors in my life so far who I look up to and rely on for guidance when I need to make big life decisions.”
