Labibah began her Purple career as a Research Analyst on the insights team in 2021. Before joining Purple, Labibah worked as a Research Analyst at Windrose Vision, where she performed a program evaluation measuring the sustainability and diffusion of program-funded strategies. She is passionate about translating data into actionable insights through both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and about making data digestible. Labibah holds a B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. Along with a love for research, she enjoys experiencing different cultures, reading fiction, and sewing.
