“For more than seven years, I helped top U.S. lawmakers identify lanes for thought leadership—elevating their national and international profiles and setting them apart from others in their cohort. The same skillset applies equally in the corporate setting, where the need to protect and promote one’s reputation is equally critical to bringing value to different constituencies—whether those are voters, customers or other stakeholders who hold a company’s license to operate.”

“As communications professionals, we must keep a finger on the pulse of the current conversation while anticipating emerging conversations and how best to position ourselves. At Purple, we do this while supporting instinct with insights making our recommendations and offering truly unique.”

“I didn’t end up where I thought I would—and it was so much better than I expected. Be bold and stay authentic because fortune favors such behavior.”
