What you’ll do:

  • Act as a client-facing team member to support the development and activation of multi-channel, multi-stakeholder campaigns with multiple work streams
  • Drive delivery of work and remain agile and responsive to adjust course or tactics as schedule or needs change
  • Manage team resources on day-to-day execution, tracking and pushing forward the development of polished deliverables with keen attention to detail (in both memo and presentation format)
  • Develop detailed project plans to track campaign and deliverable progress
  • Engage and coordinate internal and external resources ensuring exceptional client work is delivered on time, within scope and budget
  • Provide counsel to clients on timeframes and deadlines and share information across internal teams as needed
  • Provide effective support to team members at all levels across the organization, comfortable engaging with senior-level executives and mentoring and developing junior-level employees
  • Contribute to the development of high-quality work by crafting first drafts of deliverables as needed
  • Contribute to Purple’s growth and success, including assisting on new business proposals, drafting thought leadership materials, and participating in group learning and activities
