John Gatti

John is the managing partner of Citizen2, the Purple subsidiary that helps clients use their company and brand voices to move public opinion to their advantage and to build trust in their brands.  Gatti’s deep experience in corporate communication strategy and brand-building is the result of working on a range of famous and complex brands during his 21 year career at Leo Burnett. With experience in media, research, and integrated communication strategy development, he has led teams in consumer packaged goods, financial services, energy, automotive, beverage and corporate branding. Gatti’s corporate and brand reputation experience is based on his leadership roles with clients such as Altria, AstraZeneca, The Coca-Cola Company, Commonwealth Edison, Exelon, Grocery Manufacturers of America, Kellogg, McDonald’s, Morgan Stanley, Philip Morris, and ProtectingAmerica.org.

Gatti earned a bachelor’s degree in humanities at Yale and a master’s degree in management from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
